What is your exchange/return policy?

You may exchange or return any product for a full refund or store credit within 21 days of having received it. Once you have initiated a return, you have 28 days to ship it or you’ll lose your refund and the shipping label will expire. So all in, you have 21 days after receiving the product to initiate a return and 28 days after it is initiated to get it in the mail.

Last Call items are final sale and are non-returnable.

Items purchased during sales are eligible for a return or exchange. Last Call items remain final sale and are non-returnable. 

Only items that are packaged intact, undamaged, and retain their original tags are eligible for return or exchange.

If an exchange has been granted and your original item is not sent back to us, you will be charged for both items. Similarly, if your return item does not meet the aforementioned standards for New condition, we reserve the right to withhold your refund.

How do I start a return?

You can start a return or an exchange by heading to our return portal here. You’ll need to have your order number as well as either the email used on the order, the phone number associated, or the zip code of your shipping address. How long does the return process take?

If everything runs like clockwork, the entire process takes right around two weeks.

Since requesting an exchange/return and obtaining return postage is a self-service system, you can complete this step as quickly as you like. Just click here to begin a return or an exchange.

Your refund will be processed once the return has been delivered and is checked back into our warehouse. Typically, this process takes a 3 to 5 business days from the time you place your return in the mail. If you’ve sent back a return and still have not received a refund within 10 business days, please let us know

What is the status of my return and refund?

To check on the status of your return and refund, please find your return tracking number. This tracking number is available in your return confirmation email.

Your refund will be processed once the package has been checked in by the warehouse staff. This is typically 1 to 3 business days after the order has been delivered to our warehouse in Chino.

Please note that once we refund your original form of payment, this credit may take up to 7 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on the bank.
